Search HSA-Eligible Expenses: GET /api/v1/eligible

Search and filter every canonical HSA expense eligibility decision (the total is in data.pagination.total).

GET /api/v1/eligible

Returns paginated results with eligible, partially eligible, and ineligible status, typical costs, and documentation requirements.

Parameters

`category`	query	no		Filter by expense category. One of: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, mental-health, lab-tests, preventive-care, equipment-supplies.
`eligibility`	query	no		Filter by eligibility status One of: eligible, partially, ineligible.
`limit`	query	no		Results per page, 1 to 100. Omit to get every match.
`offset`	query	no	`0`	Number of results to skip for pagination
