All FDA-approved prescription contraceptives are HSA-eligible. This includes birth control pills, IUDs (Mirena, Paragard, etc.), Nexplanon implant, NuvaRing, birth control patches, Depo-Provera shots, and diaphragms. Most insurance covers these at $0, but any out-of-pocket costs are eligible. Condoms are also eligible since the CARES Act (see separate entry).
