Paid Plans, Cancellation, and Refunds
The Founding Household plan is billed monthly or annually. You may cancel through the Stripe billing portal. Paid access continues through the current billing period, then the account returns to the Free plan. Existing records remain accessible, while Free plan limits apply to new activity.
A first purchase can be refunded within 30 days by contacting support. Renewal payments are non-refundable except where required by law. Cancel before the next billing date to avoid another charge.
What HSA Trackr Does
HSA Trackr helps you organize and track medical expenses you've paid out-of-pocket. It's a record-keeping tool to help you manage potential HSA reimbursements.

AI Receipt Scanning
Our AI extracts information from receipt images to save you time. This is assistive technology—always review and verify the extracted data before saving. AI can make mistakes, especially with unusual receipt formats.
Account Rules
- One account per person (household accounts can have multiple family members)
- You must be 18 or older to use HSA Trackr
- Don't share your account credentials
- Don't use the service for illegal purposes
Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but can't guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features and functionality. We'll notify you of significant changes.
