Prescription acne medications like Accutane (isotretinoin), tretinoin, antibiotics for acne, and spironolactone are all HSA-eligible. Since the CARES Act, OTC acne treatments containing active ingredients (benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid) are also eligible without a prescription.
